It had been more than a month since the last post here in Transportation Engineering Philippines. The Admin was just too busy to miss writing but there are lots of updates and topics coming up. Traffic after all is still there especially in Metro Manila albeit scourging summer heat. Transportation issues are still present despite the heroine efforts of transport experts.
